About
I’m a product and design leader working at the intersection of technology, systems, and human experience.
Over the past two decades my work has focused on how complex technologies move from research and engineering into systems people can actually use and organizations can actually operate.
My career has spanned a range of environments where technology, operations, and human experience must align under real constraints. I’ve worked on platform ecosystems at Microsoft, future aviation systems at TEAGUE, commercial human spaceflight at Blue Origin, spatial computing research at Meta, and venture-backed enterprise software.
Across these different contexts my focus has remained consistent: translating complex technological capabilities into systems people can understand, trust, and operate.
Much of my work sits at technological inflection points -- moments when emerging capabilities begin moving from experimental systems into real-world environments. These transitions require bridging research, engineering, product strategy, and organizational coordination.
I’m particularly interested in how emerging technologies reshape the systems we design for human life -- from software platforms and financial infrastructure to the growing influence of AI on organizations and decision making.
Through writing and projects I continue exploring how emerging technologies reshape the systems we build for human life.
What I'm Curious About
Much of my work sits at the intersection of technology and the systems people rely on to live and work. Some areas I continue exploring include:
• How emerging technologies reshape organizational systems
• How complex technological systems remain understandable to humans
• How AI changes the structure of knowledge work
• How product strategy evolves in environments of uncertainty
Environments I've Worked In
Over the course of my career I’ve worked in several types of technology environments:
Frontier Technology Programs
Organizations developing systems at the edge of current capabilities, including commercial spaceflight and spatial computing.
Large Platform Ecosystems
Global software platforms coordinating large networks of developers, partners, and users.
Research-to-Product Transitions
Teams translating experimental technologies into products organizations can deploy and operate.
Early-Stage Companies
Building new software platforms and organizations from the ground up.
